The need for Outsourcing

We believe in helping the client inculcate the habit of doing tasks of day-to-day planning and execution of the related tasks to deliver the stipulated outcomes which are left to the provider.

This helps the client, delegate the responsibility of operational planning and execution to the provider while retaining accountability for the delivered outcomes including quality and efficiency. Hence this is achieved by the client setting up proper SLAs, and measurement criteria and ensuring proper governance of the outsourced engagement.
